1. Shipping, Tracking & Insurance
While it's not standard practice for eCommerce brands to use Australia Post’s Registered Post with signature on delivery, rest assured that every order we send is tracked and insured. All parcels are shipped using tracked parcel services through Australia Post, and we offer t shipping protection at checkout for added peace of mind. We’ve already successfully resolved claims for lost or damaged items for our customers and will always make it right if something goes wrong.
2. Packaging & Rain Protection
We prioritise sustainable, recyclable packaging, especially for high-volume orders. That said, for items at risk of water damage (like in the wet season), we use weather-resistant waterproof satchels or additional internal protection to keep your order safe. We’re always improving and your input here is appreciated.
3. Coin Presentation & Information
You're absolutely right — every coin has a story, and that should be reflected in how it's presented. We're working on ensuring future coin releases are offered with optional presentation boxes and printed history or information cards, either included or available as an upgrade. This will help collectors like yourself pass on meaningful keepsakes — especially to young ones. It is worth noting that we do also try to keep the costs to a minumum to allow for a lower entry point for collectors. This is another reason why we have several price point options for collectors - many collectors are not concerned about the packaging they arrive in as they are for personal display in a cabinet or display board.
4. Pricing & Veterans Support
Thank you for your pricing feedback on the 'Last Box' coins — it means a lot coming from someone with your collector background. We’re always weighing affordability with the value of fundraising for the SAS Historical Foundation, and your suggestion has been passed on to the team.
