Shipping policy

Australian Domestic Shipping

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Express Shipping within Australia will take approximately 4 - 6 working days. Standard shipping within Australia will take approximately 5-7 days. For standard and Express delivery within Australia we use Australia Post.

For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 5-7 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

Important: Please Note: Our orders are packed on site by our fantastic SAS Historical Foundation Volunteers and we send orders once per week on a Wednesday or Thursday. Our shipping times may be slightly longer than other brands, but we are able to keep the costs low and the profitability for the foundation high to ensure a sustained flow of income to maintain the collection and gallery by not paying for 3rd party logistics. Your items are hand packed with care! Please be patient and reach out by email if your package is taking longer than you wish.
